Maisie has been a Freelance Makeup Artist for over 13 years, based out of the Red Deer area.  She has had the chance to work with many talented and creative photographers, models, designers, hair stylists and makeup artists over the years.  

 

Her artistry started at a young age; drawing, painting and sculpting.  In High School Maisie received honors in Art and Fashion Studies and there she started drawing designs, sewing dresses, pants, tops, jackets and tailoring clothing on the side. For years she would watch Fashion Television and gained ideas and inspiration with hopes to one day be in the industry.  With her passion for beauty and makeup along with her artist background she started using the face as her canvas.

 

Maisie obtained her certificate in Makeup Artistry and with the basics, her artist background, practice, study and a huge drive for creating she entered the world of makeup and built her portfolio. In the meantime she worked for MAC Cosmetics for over a year where she had the ability to work on many faces.
